2. Professional Standards & Safeguarding

DBS & Insurance: I hold an active, DBS check and Public Liability Insurance. Certificates are available upon request for venue managers, corporate organisers, and event hosts prior to booking.

SEND & Accessibility: Experiences are designed to be inclusive, respectful, and adaptable for individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

3. Bookings & Media Services

Direct Bookings: All live appearances, grotto residencies, and corporate events are subject to a confirmed booking agreement and deposit.

Personalised Video Messages: Digital video greetings requested via third-party platforms (such as Cameo) are governed by the respective platform’s terms of service and delivery conditions.

4. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

Data Collection: Any personal information submitted through the booking enquiry form (such as your name, email address, event location, and attendee details) is strictly used to process your enquiry and coordinate your booking.

Data Storage: Your details will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights: Under UK GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held about you. Contact the email stated above for any data requests.

5. Media Rights, Photography & Image Use

Event Photography & Social Media Reporting: Client event organisers, venue managers, and attendees are welcome to take photos and videos during booked appearances for personal use, press coverage, and social media promotion of the event itself. When posting on social media, any online imagery or footage featuring Santa must credit I Am Santa by linking to our official profiles or using the official hashtag #IAmSanta.

Commercial & Advertising Restrictions: Booking an appearance does not grant the client rights to use Santa’s image, likeness, photos, or video recordings for independent commercial advertising, brand endorsements, product marketing, or print campaigns beyond promoting the specific booked appearance.

Separate Licensing Agreements: Any commercial image use, promotional campaign rights, or advertising usage requires prior written consent, a separate commercial licensing agreement, and agreed compensation.
