Every meeting is different. Some children can't wait to tell Santa everything; others need a little more time. I follow their lead, making the experience feel natural, relaxed and genuinely magical.

My beard, moustache and white hair are all my own — no fake beard and no wig. But looking like Santa is only the beginning. It's the conversation, laughter and little details that make children believe they've met the real one.
I don't work from a rigid script. Every child and every event is different, so I listen, improvise and respond naturally to the people in front of me.
I have experience meeting children with SEND and additional needs and I'm happy to adapt my approach, allowing every child to meet Santa in their own way.
Whether it's a family celebration or a major festive event, my aim is always the same — to create genuine moments of Christmas magic.
